- 1/4 teaspoon hot spice powder/garom masala powder
- 1 tablespoon ghee

- Bengal gram/chana dal should be soaked in water for 7-8 hours and pasted with green chilies.
- Now add salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida and fry the pakoras.
