  6. Add Chopped Tomatoes to pan, cover and simmer for 20 mins stirring after 10 mins.
  7. Add the Banana and Apple and half the stock and cook for 30 mins stirring every 10 mins
  8. Add remaining stock and simmer for 30 to 40 mins stirring every 15 mins.
  9. Serve with boiled rice.
