  3. 1/2 cup beetroot puree

  9. 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  1. Making Thepla - Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, ajwain, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, ginger, oil, mango powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and mix it properly. Then add beetroot puree and curd and knead a soft dough, add little water if required.
  2. Now roll out few balls from the prepared dough and take a rolling board apply some dry flour on the ball, flatten it with a help of rolling pin, sprinkle some sesame seeds and coriander leaves on it.
  3. Now heat up the tawa place thepla on it and cook one side then flip and cook both sides. Now add ghee on it and cook it on medium heat for 3-4 mins. Once cooked, colour of the thepla changes to darker. Thepla is ready.
  4. Making Banana Wafers - First peel off the banana, then thinly slice the banana with using a slicer as shown in fig.
  5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in the slices of banana and deep fry until it becomes golden and crispy, then remove on the tissue paper.
  6. Then sprinkle little rock Salt, mango powder, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and mix it nicely. Crispy banana wafers is ready.
  7. Now thepla and banana wafers are ready to be packed in a lunch box with pickle, sauce, grapes and chikki.
